Mestre Eddy Murphy
Was born in Sao Paolo, Brazil. He started practicing capoeira when he was 9. Apelido Eddy Murphy was given to him by his first Mestre for his Hollywood smile
At 18 he was already graduated by his teacher and opened his first group in a small gym which he named "Amigos Sociedade Bairro" (the Society of the friends of the district - town New-Saint-Miguel).
In 6 months he was offered more comfortable and favourable conditions to give classes. Mestre Eddy Murphy joined Grupo Axe Capoeira and received his Mestre cord from Mestre Barrao. At present he teaches in Dongguan, China.
