IV-th annual festival of capoeira and brazilian dances
" Grupo Axe Capoeira Ukraine " under direction of Boyko Irina (Graduadа Irena) has lead 4-th annual festival of capoeira and brazilian dances, Batizado e Troca de Corda 2009.
The festival was preceded with a week seminar of capoeira, daily trainings under direction of masters of capoeira, have collected more than 140 participating.
In this year Ukraine has been visited by even more visitors from other countries.

also capoeiristas and teachers from Russia, Belarus, Serbia, Czechia and Ukraine.
This seminar has ended with big show-program at " Molodoy Theatre ".
On May, 10th the spectator hall has been hammered before refusal.
During 3 hours spectators have got acquainted with different aspects of the brazilian culture:
- Brazilian dances (Samba, Afoshe, Maculele, Afro)
- Percussion performances (Maracatu, Percussion solo)
- Capoeira solos
- Capoeira
- Appraising of the capoeiristas
On that day on " 5th channel " and "1+1" have passed plots about action, and the channel "24" during all next day showed various fragments of show and interview with masters of capoeira.
Our festival was visited by representatives of mass-media: Afisha, Timeout, Internet-portals "Fightzone", "Kiyani".
In the organization of the festival have assisted: " F/C Dobro ", fitness-center "Rosichi-athletic" and " Molodoy theatre "
